We love shopping and supporting our local farmer’s markets any chance we get, and we have sourced our apples locally for one of our most lip-smacking spice blends, Cathy’s Ginger Apple with Rosemary. We start with a sweet and a tart apple, dry them separately and grind them together with rosemary and ginger. As with all our spices, we use only all natural ingredients, no fillers, no preservatives and they are salt, sugar free and Vegan.
