Cathy’s Ginger Chews

chewing ginger can help with digestive issuesWe start with our freshest ginger and let that cook down with our locally sourced honey and water. We sprinkle with a small amount of sugar, then let the ginger dry, cut it and bag it. Those are the only ingredients we use.

We add no sulfites or preservatives. Our chews are not swimming in sugar. You get to enjoy our handmade Ginger Chews in resealable bags. I keep one in the car and one in the fridge.
