Here’s a delicious teriyaki marinade that can be used for chicken or pork, Use the meat with fresh veggies in stir fry or cook it as kabobs on the grill. You can also use this recipe with cut up meat in a slow cooker for four hours on low and it will be absorbed into the chicken or pork while it is cooking.
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp Cathy’s Ginger Infused Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Cathy’s Ginger Lemon Spice
1 tsp pepper
Combine ingredients in a bowl and then submerge the meat cut into small cubes into the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
